The first conference was in Vienna in the summer of 2007, the second in Berlin last winter, and this time around we’re in Uppsala, Sweden. Normally at this time of year the weather would be absolutely stunning, but at least the delegates got a little taste of that as everybody arrived yesterday. This morning it’s a light drizzle, but it looks like the sky might just clear…
